My favourite scents are arugula and basil, my favourite season is anything but winter (but I’m working on enjoying that one too…)
I am not a chef. I am not a health coach. Not a scientist, photographer, or literary expert. And I am certainly not web or tech-savvy (so I apologize for any wonky formatting and sideways images!). I am a passionate 30-something mother, wife, full-time cubicle worker, volunteer, cancer survivor who enjoys good food and trying new things, loves the outdoors and helping others. My hope is that through these posts I can help someone, somehow – with a recipe, a crafty (and eco/budget-friendly) idea or a renewed outlook on their health.
I have overcome many obstacles and enjoyed many adventures, but what I am most proud of is mothering two wonderfully strong, sweet and smart children.
Wow – I love all of the environmentally friendly tips! Not to mention everything you went through with the cancer….so inspiring! I truly believe that everything happens for a reason. Thank you for sharing 🙂
